A - Yes, however they must be licensed and insured, naming Changing Latitudes Property Management as additional insured. They must also complete a contractors agreement and abide by our rules in dealing with entry and tenants.
A - No, this is part of the service we provide to you and is included in the management fees.
A- Tenants with non-emergency maintenance requests must be made in writing. This protects all parties as it puts a date stamp on the request and can be tracked. It also prevents frivolous requests. We offer the tenant a portal by means to do so.
A - It depends. A number of factors are involved, not just the number of bedrooms and baths. The time of year, the rental market, current mortgage interest rates, school districts, age of home, amenities, etc. all play key factors of what you might expect to receive. A - For property management, we are currently servicing Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole and Lake Counties. For sales, we can list and sell anywhere in Florida.
A - We specialize in single family homes, condos and town homes, however, if you have a special situation, please ask.
A - Owners are paid via Electronic Funds Transfer directly to your bank. If you prefer a different method, just let us know. Owner proceeds are processed generally 48 hours after the tenant payment has cleared our operating account.
A - No, we only charge our management fee based on received rent.
